In providing this Shipping & Returns Statement, we want you to be better informed about how order processing, shipping & return requests are handled at ShopBJPENN.COM.
How We Process Your Order:
- We process orders Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM HST (Hawaiian Standard Time). You will receive an order confirmation e-mail ususally the same day your order is placed unless we are away. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and also indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased including shipping.
- Please ensure that all information is correct when you receive your confirmation email, We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for any item(s) that have been mis-ordered.
- Processing begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item(s) will be sent to our Shipping Department once the credit card has been approved by our online payment gateway service (1 - 2 Days). Most orders will then be processed for shipment after 1 - 2 business days provided the Crediting Bank has replied positively to our Address and CVV2 Code verification query. Please contact your Credit Card Institution if you are unsure whether or not they support this verification process. Most US & Canadian Credit Institutions do, however there are many International Credit Institutions which do not. Please Read below for additional information.
- Orders will be Delined and a Refund issued if there appear to be any changes made to the Shipping & Billing Information after an order has been placed.

- Due to rising occurrences of both on-line Credit Card Fraud & Identity Theft, orders to International destinations must pass a Billing Address AND Credit Card Security Code (CVV2) validation process. Please ensure that ALL information regarding your Name, Billing Address, Card Number, Expiration Date & CVV2 are correct. In the event that the issuing credit card company or bank does not remit the required response to our payment processing service (usually automatic upon submission), the order will be Declined by ShopBJPENN and a full refund issued. To help facilitate a successful transaction or forstall the chance of an order being declined, ShopBJPENN.COM suggests opening a confirmed PayPal Account. Accepted by online merchants worldwide, PayPal is both a FREE & convenient way to pay for all your online transactions.
Please be assured that this policy is instituted in order to ensure the integrity of all orders received through us and to help protect customers, fans & others against fraud & identity theft.
- We ask that you please keep all personal contact information as up to date as possible in the event that we need to reach you concerning your order.
How We Ship Your Order:
- We process orders for shipment Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM HST (Hawaiian Standard Time).
- SHOPBJPENN.COM uses USPS (United States Postal Service) for both Domestic & International orders. Orders may be shipped either via USPS Priority or Express Services and will in most cases be shipped out from our facility 1 - 2 days after the initial payment verification process.
- Rates are calculated based on destination and the combined weight of the products in your shopping cart. Estimates on shipping charges are provided directly from the United States Postal Service. We add an additional $5.50 Handling Charge to this USPS shipping estimate upon checkout.
- Domestic orders take between 3-5 days to arrive to your home after we process and deliver the package to The USPS.
- Most international orders take 7-15 days to arrive in the destination country and may then take a few additional days to be delivered to your home.
NOTE: In some instances international orders have been known to take as long as 30 days to reach their destination. This is mostly due to customs backlogs being experienced at the destination country.
- There are many variables that will determine the actual cost of the shipping, so we consider our rates an estimate. Similarly, it is possible that shipping will be more than what you paid, in which case we will contact you before we ship your order.
- A tracking number is not available for USPS Priority Mail Service and ShopBJPENN.COM assumes no responsibility for lost packages. In the event of non-delivery, we will do what we can to help you locate the package by providing delivery confirmation information and customs details if applicable. In the event that the package is indeed lost, a claim will need to be filed with the United States Postal Service by the receiving party. We will not reship or issue a refund in the event of a lost package.
- USPS Express Mail is NOT an overnight delivery service. Since we ship our packages from Hawai'i, an EXPRESS Package may take up to 3 Days.
- During the months of October - December further delays in the arrival of your package may be experienced due to the Heavy Holiday Traffic.
Refused, Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages:
- SHOPBJPENN is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
- In the event that a package is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, a refund will automatically be issued minus the Shipping & Handling charges.
- All Items will then be returned to stock where they will be made available for reordering following the regular check-out process.
We at ShopBJPENN.COM want you to be happy with your order and with your experience shopping with us.
Our return policy is as follows:
- If you have received the wrong product, we will gladly issue you a refund upon our receipt of the item. These returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date of your order.
- If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns provided the item is unused. You MUST contact us first requesting a return. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned back to you. There will also be a 25% Restocking fee for all returned items
- We must receive qualified returns within 14 days of the shipping date of your order.
- We can not accept returns on any Printed Matter, ie: Books, Posters, Memorabillia etc.
- We can not accept returns on any DVD's unless defective.
- Unless the fault is ours, ALL shipping, handling & return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- If there is anything missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
